The Learn2Serve Food Protection Manager Certification is approved by the American National Standards Institute and the Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP). To become a Certified Food Manager, taking an approved Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Training Course and passing an exam is necessary.
